Carving Pumpkins

Thursday we chose our best two pumpkins to cut apart. The boys did a great job cutting the patterns out (wait did I say the boys.... you honestly think I let them touch a knife?) Jack chose one design and Alex chose the other. Alex loved pulling the "guts" out and Jack was a little stand-offish until he put on a pair of latex gloves.

"Hey Alex what are you going to chose for a pattern?"

"Yum lets make soup in here"

"One scoop, Two scoops, Three scoops......"

"Now dad, you need to scrap really hard"

"Whatcha doing dad?"

"How about a kiss pops"

"Ha, I can do better than that"
