First Day of 4K

Today was Jack's first day of school. He was so excited and was up at 5:40am this morning. We got up ate breakfast, got dressed and then drove off to Amy's so that Jack and Ally could walk to school together.

Cereal and a banana... that is what he wanted this morning.

Alex had to have breakfast also even though he was going to eat at Amy's like he does everyday.

Of course we had to start a new tradition

and of course Alex had to have his picture taken too since he was going to "school" at Amy's house.

We got to Amy's and Jack and Ally immediately started talking about what they were going to do at school.

Then they were outside jumping up and down with excitement.

Then the rest of the group wanted to have their picture taken with them.

Then we were all off walking to school. The school is not even three blocks from Amy's house. One big straight shot.

Big Man

There was a pretty big crowd of people waiting outside the building waiting for the doors to open. Once the school bell rang the doors opened and the kids lined up.

Alex on the other hand was NOT happy about not being able to join Jack in the school building. He had a few tears until he realized that school was about to begin at Amy's in a few minutes!
